Only 2 techniques are related to sex (rest are all not about sex) but tantra has been (wrongly) linked with sex. 1) "Chakita Mudra" -- The Wonder Pose The universe is a gift from the creator to us - it has so much variety, in vegetables, flowerfs, fruits and even people ! There are 3000 varieties of potatoes alone in Peru ! How would you like if you gave a gift to a child and he/she just put it away without any enthusiasm? Would you not rather the child opens the gift in excitement? Same is true about creator -- the universe /creation is a gift to you, from the creator. It's purpose is to evoke a joy & wonder in you. Your excitement and joy/wonder, would make the creator glad! :) Practice Chakita Mudra as often, if not with others, in front of the mirror at your self ! ...
